One long room of heavy bags, a class floor lit from one end, and showers that are actually hot. That's the whole club, and it's enough.

The bag room

Twenty-four heavy bags in four rows. Open between classes for members to train on their own.

The class floor

Lit from the far wall, so you can always see the coach. Sprung rubber floor, easy on knees.

Gloves and wraps

Clean gloves in every size, and wraps you can keep after your first session.

The rest of the building

The parts most clubs leave off their site.

  • Stretch cornerMats, rollers and bands, open whenever the club is.
