Questions people ask

Will I have to spar?

No. Sparring is never part of a class unless you ask for it, and even then it starts light, with a coach watching.

Do I need to be fit already?

No. Fundamentals is paced for beginners, and you can take a breather whenever you need one. Fitness comes from showing up.

Will I be the only beginner?

No. Fundamentals is beginners only, and every class is mixed: all ages, all backgrounds, plenty of people on their first month.

Do I need my own gloves?

Not at first. Use ours until you know what you like. The desk can help you choose a pair later.

What if I'm late?

Come in anyway. Your bag is held for ten minutes, and the coach will catch you up on the warm-up.
