Do you charge a service call fee?
Yes, from $89 for diagnosis. It's waived when you go ahead with the repair, and you see the full flat-rate price before we start.
Can you come today?
Usually, yes. Call before noon and we can often be there the same day. Emergencies go to the front of the line.
What counts as a plumbing emergency?
A burst pipe, no water, a sewage backup or a leak you can't stop at the shut-off. If you're not sure, call the 24/7 line and we'll talk you through it.
Is a tankless water heater right for my home?
It depends on your gas line size, venting route and how many showers run at once. We check all three before quoting, and sometimes a new tank is the better buy.
How long does a water heater replacement take?
Most tank swaps take 2 to 3 hours. We haul the old tank away and bring the new one up to code with an expansion tank if needed.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. Labour is covered for one year, and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty.
