A smoker on wheels
Cindervan is a two-person food truck with a wood smoker on the back. We smoke brisket and pork shoulder overnight, make our salsas and pickles every morning, and park at the same five spots every week so regulars know where to find us. If weather or a closure moves us, we post the new spot on our page by 9am.

Where will you be this week?

What happens if it rains or a stop is cancelled?
We post any change by 9am on the day. Most stops go ahead in the rain.
Can we book the truck for a private event?
Yes, on Sundays and Mondays, and some Saturday evenings. Bookings start at $1,200 for up to 80 guests, which includes 3 hours of service.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes. The smoked mushroom taco and the veggie loaded fries are on the menu every day, and our corn tortillas are gluten-free.
How do I pay?
Cards, tap and phone payments. We don't take cash at the night market.
Do you need power or water at our venue?
No. The truck runs on its own generator and water. We need a flat spot about 30 feet long.
