Brush them every morning
Use the spoolie we give you, from the middle of the lashes to the tips.
Wash them twice a week
An oil-free lash cleanser keeps the lash line clean and helps your set last.

Deposits and cancellations
Deposits
A $30 deposit holds your appointment and comes off your bill.
Cancellations
Please give us 48 hours' notice to move or cancel. Inside 48 hours, the deposit is kept.
Running late
We can wait 10 minutes. After that, we may need to shorten the service or rebook you.
Fills
A fill needs at least 40% of your set left. Otherwise we book a new full set.

How long does a full set take?
Classic sets take about 2 hours, hybrid and volume about 2.5 hours. Fills take 60 to 75 minutes.
Do I need a patch test?
Yes, before your first set. It's free and takes 10 minutes, at least 24 hours before your appointment.
How often do I need a fill?
Every 2 to 3 weeks. After 4 weeks most clients need a new full set instead of a fill.
Will extensions damage my lashes?
Not when they're the right length and weight and removed properly. We match each extension to your natural lash.
