Common questions
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients give us a key or a door code, which we store securely. You get a text when the team arrives and when they leave.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, all products, cloths, mops and a vacuum are included. If you'd like us to use your products, or need fragrance-free, just tell us.
How is the price set?
By the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and how often we visit. You get a fixed price per visit, so it doesn't change if a clean runs a little long.
Is the first clean different?
Yes. If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned recently, we start with a deep clean so regular visits can keep it at that level.
What if I need to skip or reschedule?
Give us 48 hours' notice and there's no charge. Late cancellations are charged half the visit price.
What if I'm not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we send the team back to redo it at no charge.
