Gildmoor is a three-planner studio. Every client gets a shared planning board with the budget, vendor contracts and a timeline broken down to the minute. We take a limited number of weddings each season so the planner you meet at the consultation is the one who runs your day.

Common questions
When should we hire a planner?
For full planning, 12 to 18 months before the date. Partial planning works from 6 months out, and day-of coordination from 2 months.
How are your fees charged?
A fixed fee for the service you choose, agreed up front. We don't take a percentage of your budget or commissions from vendors.
Do we have to use your vendors?
No. We share a list of vendors we've worked with, but you're welcome to bring your own.
How many events do you take each weekend?
One wedding per planner per weekend, so your planner is never splitting the day.
What happens if it rains?
Every outdoor plan has a written wet-weather plan, agreed with the venue before the day.
Do you plan events outside Your City?
Yes, within a 2-hour drive. Travel time is included in the quote.
