How fast can you get to me?
In town, usually 30 to 45 minutes. At night, in storms or on the highway it can take longer. We give you a time when you call and text you when the driver is close.
How much does a tow cost?
A local tow is a $95 hook-up fee plus $4 per km. We tell you the full price on the phone before we send a truck.
Can you tow an all-wheel-drive or lowered car?
Yes. We use flatbeds for all-wheel-drive, electric, lowered and classic cars, so the wheels never touch the road.
Do you work with roadside assistance plans?
Yes. Most insurers and roadside plans can send us. If you're paying yourself, we take card, tap and cash.
Can I ride in the truck?
Yes. Up to two passengers can ride with the driver to the shop or your home.
Do you store vehicles?
Yes, in a fenced and lit lot. The first 24 hours are free, then $45 a day.
