Is my appliance worth repairing?
Usually, if the repair costs less than half the price of a new one and the appliance is under 10 years old. We give you the numbers and you decide.
What does the diagnostic fee cover?
The visit and finding the fault. If you go ahead with the repair, the fee comes off the bill.
Do you repair gas appliances?
Yes, gas ranges and dryers, by technicians qualified for gas work.
What if the part isn't on the truck?
We order it, usually for delivery in 2 to 4 business days, and come back to finish the job.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Parts and labour are covered for 90 days.
