Common questions
Do I have to use the shop my insurer suggests?
No. You can choose any shop. We work with all insurers and send them the estimate and photos directly.
How long will my repair take?
Small dents and bumper scuffs often take 1 to 2 days. Larger collision repairs usually take 5 to 10 working days, depending on parts. You get a finish date when we book the job.
Can you match my paint colour?
Yes. We read your car's paint code, mix the colour on a computer scale, spray a test card to check it, then blend into the panels next to the repair.
Can I get an estimate from photos?
Yes. Send 4 to 6 photos from different angles and we reply with a ballpark price within one business day. We confirm the final price in person.
Do you arrange a rental car?
We can book a rental through your insurer, or arrange one at our rate if you're paying for the repair yourself.
