Your first visit
Your first visit takes about 60 to 90 minutes. We go over your health history, take any X-rays you need, do a full exam and a cleaning, then talk through what we found and give you a written estimate for any treatment.
Insurance and billing. We direct bill most insurance plans, so you only pay your portion at the visit. No insurance? Ask about our in-house dental plan.

Common questions
Are you taking new patients?
Yes, adults and kids. Use the booking form or call 555-0129, and we'll find a time that suits you, including evenings and Saturdays.
What should I do if I have a dental emergency?
Call us as early as you can. We keep time each day for emergencies such as severe tooth pain, swelling or a broken tooth. If swelling affects your breathing or swallowing, go to the nearest emergency room.
Do you bill insurance directly?
Yes. We direct bill most insurance plans, so you only pay your share on the day. Bring your plan details to your first visit.
When should my child first see the dentist?
Around their first birthday, or when their first teeth come in. Early visits are short and mostly about getting comfortable in the chair.
I'm nervous about the dentist. Can you help?
Yes. Let us know when you book. We'll take more time, explain each step before we do it, and you can ask us to stop at any point.
What if I don't have insurance?
Ask about our in-house dental plan. It covers your regular check-ups and cleanings for a yearly fee, with a discount on other treatment.
