A small studio that plans with you
Petalmere is a two-person studio that takes a limited number of weddings each season. We start with a free planning call about your venue, colours and budget, then send a proposal with inspiration photos, the flowers we'd use and an itemised quote. Between weddings, we make seasonal bouquets for pickup or local delivery.

Common questions
How far ahead should we book?
6 to 12 months ahead for May to September Saturdays. For smaller weddings or weekdays, 2 to 3 months is often fine.
Do you have a minimum?
Full-service weddings with delivery and setup start at $1,800. For small ceremonies and elopements, our Petite package starts from $650.
Can you match my colours?
Yes. Send us your palette, a fabric swatch or photos. We choose seasonal flowers that suit it, and tell you if a flower won't be in season on your date.
Do you set up at the venue?
Yes. Delivery and setup are included in our Classic and Full celebration packages. We collect vases, stands and arch rentals at the end of the night or the next morning.
How do deposits work?
A 30% deposit holds your date. The balance is due 3 weeks before the wedding, when we confirm final numbers.
Do you deliver everyday bouquets?
Yes. Order by 11am for same-day local delivery Thursday to Saturday, or pick up from the studio.
