Owned and looked after by us
We're a local family who own both homes and live ten minutes away. We clean and check each house ourselves between stays, stock the basics and answer messages from 8am to 9pm. Booking with us directly means no booking-site service fees, and you deal with the people who know the houses.

FAQ
Common questions
How does check-in work?
Self check-in from 4pm with a keypad code we send the day before. Check-out is by 10am.
Is there a minimum stay?
Three nights most of the year, and seven nights, Saturday to Saturday, from late June to the end of August.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs are welcome at the Dune Cottage, which has a fenced yard, for a $75 pet fee per stay. The Birch House stays pet-free for guests with allergies.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 30 days before arrival and a 50% refund up to 14 days before. Inside 14 days, we refund only if we rebook the dates.
Is there a security deposit?
We hold a $300 refundable deposit on your card and release it within 7 days of check-out, once we've checked the house.
Do we need to clean before we leave?
No. Just load the dishwasher, take out the trash and start a load of towels. The cleaning fee covers the rest.
