Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, when a chair is free, most often for barber cuts. Booking online holds your time, especially on Fridays and Saturdays.
Do I need a colour consultation?
For balayage, big colour changes or if you have box dye in your hair, yes. It takes 15 minutes, is free and includes a strand test if needed.
Why do colour prices say from?
The final price depends on hair length, thickness and how much product we use. Your stylist confirms the price at your consultation, before we start.
How long does a haircut take?
Barber cuts take 30 to 45 minutes. Women's cuts with a wash and blow-dry take about an hour.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please give us 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows for colour appointments may be charged 50% of the service.
Do you cut kids' hair?
Yes. Kids' cuts are for ages 12 and under, and we keep them quick.
