Common questions
Are the treatments safe for my kids and pets?
We use targeted products where pests travel, not broad spraying inside. We tell you how long to keep kids and pets out of a treated area, usually until it's dry.
How many visits will it take?
Most ant and wasp jobs take one visit. Mice usually take two or three, and bed bugs always take at least two treatments.
What if the pests come back?
On a protection plan, or within 30 days of a one-time treatment, we come back at no charge.
Do I need to leave the house?
For most treatments, no. For a bed bug treatment, plan to be out for about four hours.
Can you seal up where mice are getting in?
Yes. We seal gaps around pipes, vents and the foundation with steel mesh and sealant, and show you what we found.
