Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, one hour. Most people save up a few small jobs so the visit is worth it.
Do you bring materials?
We carry common supplies like screws, anchors, caulking and patching compound. For anything else, we pick it up and add the receipt to your bill, with no markup.
What jobs don't you do?
Work that needs a licensed trade or a permit, like new circuits, gas lines or moving plumbing. We'll tell you if your job is one of them.
Can I get a fixed price?
For bigger single jobs, like hanging a new door, yes. Lists of small jobs are billed by the hour, so you only pay for the time used.
How soon can you come?
Usually within a week. Small urgent fixes, like a door that won't lock, we try to fit in sooner.
