How fast can you get here?
For lockouts, usually within 30 to 45 minutes in town. We give you an arrival time when you call.
Will you damage my door?
Most lockouts are opened with picks or bypass tools and no damage. If drilling is the only option, we tell you first.
Should I rekey or replace my locks?
If the locks work well, rekeying is cheaper and makes old keys useless. Replace them if they're worn or you want a stronger lock.
Why do you ask for ID?
To make sure we're letting the right person in. We check ID or proof of address before opening a home or car.
Is there an after-hours charge?
Yes, a set after-hours fee, which we tell you on the phone before we come.
