We start on your lot.
Before anything is drawn, we walk the land with you: the sun, the slope, the trees worth keeping and the view you want from the kitchen.
02 / 03 — The price
One fixed price, in writing.
Drawings, engineering and a line-by-line price, all agreed before we break ground. The number does not move unless you change the house.
03 / 03 — The build
One crew, lot to keys.
Our own carpenters cut and raise the frame. You get photos and a short note every Friday until you move in.
